Found yourself running out of things to watch yet in Lockdown? Or feel like you need something light to pop on in the background, well my friends, I have the perfect solutions for you! Especially as the weather has taken a real turn recently.
Recently, streaming sites have been adding a bevy of 90s and 00s tv box sets to their line ups which I am here for, today I thought I’d share a collection of my faves and where you can watch them!
The OC – Where? Amazon Prime
I was so happy to see The OC finally added to a streaming site earlier this year, or maybe it was last year but anyways you get my drift. I’ve been wanting to watch The OC from the beginning for years but never got round to buying the boxset. We’ve started watching it in the evenings and I’m so here for the 00s Californian vibes. I watched it on and off when I was younger (was obsessed with Summer and Seth) and can’t wait to watch it the whole way through.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer -Where? All 4 & Prime
90s cult classic Buffy has been added to prime and all 4 recently and it’s definitely something I want to add to my watch list as I’ve never watched it before. But I’m very much here for any 90s nostalgia and from the adverts alone I’m digging Buffy’s outfits.
That’s So Raven – Where? Disney +
00s Disney channel classic That’s So Raven is available to stream on Disney +, watching this will literally transport you back to feeling like you’ve just come back from school, sitting on the sofa with a bag of crisps watching The Disney Channel!
Scrubs – Where? All 4
Although I won’t lie, I didn’t LOVE Scrubs whilst growing up (it was always on E4 for years and years haha) Henry loves it and has been watching it from the beginning on All 4 as it’s recently been added. It’s something he’ll pop on in the background and it is a nice easy watch.
90210 – Where? All 4
One of my faves in my late teens was 90210, the storylines were totally ridiculous but they usually are in these teen dramas, but I still live for the gorgeous houses ( I will forever want to live in Naomi’s house!) It’s available to binge on All 4.
Gilmore Girls – Where? Netflix
My ultimate favourite nostalgic watch, I always liken Gilmore Girls to a hot chocolate under a blanket on the sofa on a cold rainy day, it’s so cosy and easy to watch. I usually watch it at Autumn, but with the recent rainy weather it would be perfect viewing now too!
Fresh Prince Of Bel Air – Where? Netflix
If you don’t know all the words to the theme tune were you even born in the 90s? However Fresh Prince is available to watch on Netflix and it’s the perfect light watch, funny and entertaining.
One Tree Hill – Where? Prime
Oh One Tree Hill, i think OTH wins the award for the most ridiculous storylines in a teen drama ever but I’d still recommend watching. Perfectly nostalgic and Chad Michael Murray – what’s not to like?
