Yes I did just quote Nicki Minaj lyrics as the title of this post, but this is the song that my boyfriend woke me up by singing. He also continued to tell me he was going to sing this every day when we’re in Miami. Maybe we’ll need to find a new beach song by then! Anyway my boyfriend and I decided to spend a glorious hot sunny day down at the beach, we rarely get time off together never mind time off when it’s hot and sunny! It was just too good an opportunity to miss! We decided to head to Bournemouth beach which isn’t too far away from where we live, we found a nice quite spot on the beach and spent the day sunbathing, eating chips, ice cream and well just lapping up the sun! Would completely recommend Bournemouth beach if you’re ever in the area, such a nice clean beach, perfect for hot sunny days!

Of course being the beauty obsessed that I am, the beach always poses a what do I wear clothes wise and make up wise? I kept my make up very simple and ended up taking it off during the day to make the maximum of the sun! Suffice to say I have come home with a red nose but it’ll go brown so it’s all good! I also wore my new shorts from River Island which I picked up yesterday, I love them as they’re high waisted and look a bit vintage. I think they can be dressed up or down and today I just paired them with a simple black lace top from Zara and my trusty pink Kelly Brook New Look bikini underneath.

I hope you all enjoyed the sun, it’s still so warm now which is just crazy! My boyfriend and I had fajita’s for tea and watched 90210, did anyone else enjoy the plug of Rimmel’s mascara? LOL.. oh and I’m pretty sure I’ll be finding sand everywhere for days! I mean who needs that Bumble and Bumble hair spray when you can go the beach and have the sand do it for free? I hope you all have a nice evening and are all enjoying this delightful heat wave we’re having. 🙂
